- Félix Narváez is is an Ecuadorian independent photography director. He has 15 years of experience in TV broadcasting, photography and documentary making. He has worked for Ecuadorian media with renowned reputation.

- Leontien Cremers is a Dutch researcher with experience in capacity building, communication and dissemination activities, as well as project acquisition and management on water and natural resource-use issues in Latin America. She has a special interest in science communication by means of audio visual productions.

- Juan Pablo Hidalgo is an Ecuadorian PhD researcher with experience in water management, environmental justice and conflicts in the Ecuadorian Andes and coastal region. He is interested in translating academic findings into an original documentary which is engaging, useful and accessible to the general public and policy makers.
